A Winter Woodland Friendship

Welcome to back my Studio!

Today I am sharing an inspiration card I created featuring my NEW Stamp Set that I illustrated for Gina K Designs called “Heart of the Forest”

Stamping & Coloring…

I stamped one of my Panda images on marker paper using Black Onyx Premium Dye Ink and colored it with Copic Alcohol Markers (color chart below)

Background…

For my background pane I first die cut a circle using “Single Stitched Circles” on the upper center of my white Panel. Then I embossed the panel using the “Snowflakes” Embossing Folder.

Circular Window…

I added a stitched circle frame from the”Single Stitched Circles” dies over top of my circular window. On another white panel, I ink blended a combo of Pink & Butterscotch for a soft, warm glow. To bring in a snowy effect, I spattered it with white opaque ink.

Putting it All Together…

I cut & scored a piece of “Layering Weight” Card Stock to an A2 size side tent card. I attached my ink blended Panel to my card base and then lined up my Circular window overtop and attached it with foam adhesive for some dimension. I then arranged my images and added my sentiment with foam adhesive.

I finished my card with a several Silver Pearls and my card was finished.
