Welcome back to my Studio!

Today I am sharing an inspiration card I created featuring my NEW Stamp Set that I illustrated for Gina K Designs called “Heart of the Forest”

Stamping & Coloring…

I stamped my images on marker paper using Black Onyx Premium Dye Ink and colored it with Copic Alcohol Markers (color chart below)

Background…

For my background panel I first embossed a piece of white card stock using the “Tapestry” Embossing Folder. Then I lightly ink blended over top of the embossed design with Bubblegum Pink & Butterscotch.

To add some grounding color, I stenciled another piece of white card stock using “Light Spruce” & “Medium Spruce” on the “Thick Brush” Stencil and then I spattered the design with white ink.

A Little Pop of Color…

To give my card a little pop of color, I stamped the upper middle of a white panel that I die cut using ML 3 with the greenery stamp that is a part of my “Heart of the Forest” Stamp Set. The colors I used for this are Grass Green, Bubblegum Pink & Butterscotch and then I spattered it with white ink

Putting it All Together…

I cut & scored a piece of “Layering Weight” Card Stock to an A2 size side tent card. I attached my embossed Panel to my card base and then added my stenciled panel overtop and attached it with foam adhesive for some dimension. I added my images and sentiment with foam adhesive to my stitched panel and topped it off with a few gold pearls.
