Welcome back to my Studio!

Today I am sharing another inspiration card featuring my NEW Stamp Set called “Heart of the Forest” by Gina K Designs. I thought it would be fun to design a snowy winter scene since we are still in the Holiday season and so many of my friend are getting a lot of snow right now.

But don’t let this frosty winter card fool you…the “Heart of the Forest” stamp set can be used ALL Year Round in ANY Season when paired with the many many Gina K Designs products.

Stamping & Coloring…

I stamped my images on marker paper using Black Onyx Premium Dye Ink and colored it with Copic Alcohol Markers (color chart below)

Background…

For my background panel ink blended the upper portion of a piece of white card stock with “Whisper Amalgam Ink and then splattered it with white ink.

Using ML 20 I die cut a stitched white frame and stamped it using “Tall Birch” Background Stamp and “Whisper Amalgam Ink

Grounding…

I cut a piece of Kraft Card Stock approximately 4″ x 5.25″ and stenciled it using “Whisper Amalgam Ink & the “Festive” Stencil for a grounding panel.

Putting it All Together…

I cut & scored a piece of “Layering Weight” Card Stock to an A2 size side tent card. I attached my Stenciled Panel to my card base and then added my ink blended panel overtop. Then I attached my white frame with foam adhesive for some dimension. I added my images and sentiment with foam adhesive to my stitched Frame and topped it off with some White Stencil Paste at the bottom of my frame, a little glitter, big Snowflake, and a few gold pearls. With that, my card was finished.

Well, that was fun! I love creating Winter Holiday cards!
