Always Here For You Ladybug Garden

Hello Friends…
Welcome to back my Studio!

Gina K Designs has a NEW April Release! It a fabulously fun release with lots of fun new products and I had the blessing to illustrate another stamp set.

This is a super fun Spring/Summer inspired stamp set called  “Ladybug Garden” with the coordinating die set (now sold separately). This is a super sweet set with many many possibilities for and evergreen option to your stash. It has 6 adorable Ladybugs, 8 Whimsical Flower Elements, 2 Leaf Sprigs, 2 Grass Patches & 7 Sentiments.

Today I am featuring my new Ladybug Garden Stamp & Die Set along with a few other Gina K Designs products (full supply list below) to create a bright and cheerful Spring/Summer card.

To see another card variation using this lovable set visit my previous post, GK Ladybug Garden April Release & Brighter Days Ladybug Garden

For the card I am sharing today, I used the NEW Photo Frames Die Set that is part of the Gina K Designs  April Card Kit, called “Sweet Celebrations” which is packed full of fabulously fun stamps, dies, stencils and even a beautiful Dogwood 3D Embossing Folder (my fav)!

Card Base…

For my Card Base, I cut and scored a piece of White Layering weight Card Stock to an A2 size card. Then I embossed another piece of white card stock using “Swiss Dots” Embossing Folder. Then I die cut a couple of photo frames, and ink blended one with them with “Medium Cranberry”.

Stamping & Coloring…

I stamped my images on marker paper using Black Onyx Premium Dye Ink and color them with Copic Alcohol Markers

I also stamped and die cut my sentiment from the “Ladybug Garden” Stamp Set with Black Onyx Dye Ink

I attached my images with from adhesive to the center panel that I saved from Photo Frame Die Cut. I ink smooshed the panel with Blue Lagoon Dye Ink to create a photo scene.

Then I added the frame over top. I added my sentiment to the photo frame. I also placed the ink blended the photo frame behind the image frame and angled it for interest. Then I propped them up on my card base with more foam adhesive to give it some dimension.

To finish my card off, I added some coordinating string with a few more Stamped Elements and Die Cuts and topped it off with a few Black Pearls to tie everything together.

hope I have inspired you today to create something Fabulously Fun & Heart-Warming. Your creations will bring you, or someone else, a little bit of joy for the moment.
