A Colorful Winter Card Featuring Furry Flurries Stamp Set by Gina K Designs

Welcome to back my Studio!

For today’s inspiration card sample I am using my NEW “Furry Flurries” Stamp Set available through Gina K Designs along with the coordinating Die Set (now sold separately) to create an adorable winter card with an embossed snowflake background.

Stamping & Coloring…

I stamped my sentiment & cute little image using Black Onyx Premium Dye Ink and colored it with Copic Alcohol Markers (color chart below). I also created a super fun colorful panel using the snowballs stamp from “Furry Flurries” Stamp Set by alternating coordinating ink colors.

Card Base…

For the base of my card, I cut and scored a piece of white card stock to create an A2 top fold card. To create a snowflake panel, I embossed a piece of white card stock using the “Snowflakes” Embossing Folder by Gina K Designs.

Colorful Christmas Lights…

Just for fun I heat embossed Christmas lights from the “Let Your Light Shine” Stamp Set and die cut it with the coordinating die set. I stamped the little lights with Jelly Bean Green & Passionate Pink Dye Ink to coordinate it with image and colorful frame.

Putting it All Together…

I attached my colorful stamped frame panel to an A2 card base that I cut and scored from white card stock . Then I added my “Snowflakes” Embossed Panel over top and placed my Christmas lights to the upper left of my card. I popped up my image & sentiment and my sentiment using foam adhesive for some dimension. I finished my card with a few black pearls and my card was done.
