A Simple But Beautiful Winter Foil Card Featuring Furry Flurries by Gina K Designs

Welcome to back my Studio!

Last night was Gina K Designs September Release Party!

For my first inspiration card sample I am using my NEW “Furry Flurries” Stamp Set that I illustrated for Gina K Designs along with the coordinating Die Set  (now sold separately)

Foiling…

I foiled my background panel using “Blanket of Snow Foiling Sheets” & “Blue Sky” Fancy Foils.

Card Base…

For the base of my card, I cut and scored a piece of white card stock to create an A2 top fold card. Then I used ML 2 for the base of my card along with “Blue Raspberry” Heavy Weight Card Stock to make my image and foiled panel pop.

Stamping & Coloring…

I stamped my sentiment & cute little image using Black Onyx Premium Dye Ink and colored it with Copic Alcohol Markers (color chart below)

Putting it All Together…

I attached my larger “Blue Raspberry” panel and foiled panel to my A2 card base. Then I popped up my smaller “Blue Raspberry” panel & white stitched panel

Once my image was colored and cut out using the coordinating Die Set, I attached it to my smaller white stitched panel with foam adhesive.

I also added a light watercolor wash behind my image to make it pop. Then I centered & popped up my sentiment above my image and added a little bling to finish off my card.
