Hearts & Stripes

Today I am back again featuring another card inspiration for “A Swan’s Heart” along with the coordinating Die Set (now sold separately) by Gina K Designs

I created a simple but lovely background for this quick A2 card byI stamping a combo of Bubblegum Pink & Butterscotch Premium Dye Ink using the “Diagonal Stripes Background Stamp” . Then I die cut it out using ML2.

Using ML2 again, I die cut another stitched panel from white card stock and lightly stenciled the center using “Scattered Hearts” and the same ink combo of Bubblegum Pink & Butterscotch Premium Dye Ink

Then I Stamped and colored my Swans from “A Swan’s Heart” with comic markers. I also stamped the sentiment with Black Onyx Premium Dye Ink

I die cute them out using the coordinating die set and popped them up using foam adhesive to give my card some dimension. ThenI wrapped some natural cording toward the bottom of my stitched/stenciled panel and attached the panel to my striped background.

I attached my panels to an A2 card base and finished it off by adding my sentiment and few crystal gems.
