SWEET HONEY BEES…
Today I am using the new Sweet Honey Bees Stamp Set once again to share a beautiful and simple card with you.
For this card, I simply stamped my images with black dye ink and colored the Flowers & Bumble Bee with Copic alcohol markers. Then I die cut them out with the coordinating die set (sold separately).
Card Base…
For my Card Base, I cut and scored a piece of white card stock to create an A2 tent fold. Then I cut a piece of purple card stock to 3.5″ x 4.75″ to serve as a frame for piece of “Honey Bee Sweet Blue” Pattern Paper
Then I cut another purple panel approximately 2.375″ x 4.125″ to serve as frame for a thinner stitched panel cut from white card stock.
Putting it All Together…
I attached my pattern paper to the larger purple panel and then attached them to the card base. Then I attached the smaller white stitched panel to the thinner purple panel and attached them using foam adhesive as well.
I arranged my images on the top thinner panel and attached them with foam adhesive to give my card some dimension. Then I added my Sentiment to the upper left corner of my card.
I used watercolors behind my images to give some contrast and then I added a few sequins to finish off my card.
