Sweet, Simple, Handmade: A Chipmunk’s Art Journaling Card

Welcome to back my Studio!

Today I am sharing one of my sample cards that I featured in my previous post. This one is a simple card that I created using my newly illustrated “Pawsitively Crafty” Stamp Set!

Card Base…

For this inspiration sample I cut and scored a piece of White Card Stock  and used Master Layouts 2 to die cut another smaller white panel.

I placed some Blue Lagoon Ink on my glass mat and spritzed it with water to make a small ink puddle and then I dipped the center of my white panel in the ink. I added a few stamped dots using Seasonal Patterns & Phrases Stamp Set with the same ink and set it aside to dry.

Stamping & Coloring…

I stamped my images on marker paper using Black Onyx Premium Dye Ink and color them with Copic Alcohol Markers

I also stamped and die cut my sentiment from the “Pawsitively Crafty” Stamp Set with Black Onyx Dye Ink

Putting it All Together…

I attached my ink dipped panel to my card base. Then I attached my image with foam adhesive in the center of my card and added my sentiment with foam adhesive to the lower right of my card and finished it off with some Black Pearls for a little extra added bling.

With that, my Sweet, Simple, Handmade card was finished.
