Ink n’ Splatter Beary Wishes…

I have a super sweet card to share with you today featuring the NEW “Beary Wishes” Clear Stamp Set, found on Ink n’ Splatter

Stamping…

I started off by stamping the images, on white marker cardstock, with black hybrid inks.

I love the hybrid inks because they dry quickly and hold up very well when coloring with alcohol markers.

I cut out my bear, and the little flowers, using the coordinating “Beary Wishes Dies” along with a few other dies from some of my favorite stamp supply companies (full supply list below)

Coloring…

Once my images were cut out, I colored them with Copic markers.

I also painted a blue watercolor wash, for a light texture touch, on the stitched white circle behind my Bear.

Putting it all together…

I cut a few pieces of pattern paper from the “Honey Bee Sweet” Pattern Paper and die cut a scalloped circle out of Kraft Cardstock, and stitched circle from white cardstock

I pieced the pattern paper strips together, added a strip of Kraft cardstock over an adorable white Stitched Doilie border Die.

The sentiment from “Beary Wishes” Clear Stamp Set was stamped directly on the upper right hand corner of the pattern paper. Then I attached the background to a piece of white cardstock.

I used double-sided foam adhesive behind the background piece and attached it to a Kraft cardstock base.

My sweet little bear image was then mounted on top of a stitched white circle, and the adorable Kraft scalloped circle, and finally to my base using double-sided foam adhesive to give my card a little dimension.

Embellishments…

I added a couple of little flowers that I stamped from the “Beary Wishes” Stamp Set, few enamel dots in clear and white, white painted dots, and my card was finished!
