A Dude Card
Hello Friends…
Welcome back to my Studio! I’m so glad you joined me today!

A Dude Card…
Admittedly, I do not make many masculine or “DUDE” cards. Not for any reason other than I don’t think of it unless I have to send one to a dude.
Today I created a “DUDE card to play along with Craft Roulette Episode #186

Parameters…
The Parameters for this challenge
- Project: “A Dude Card”
- Element: A Large Flower
- Colors: Library
- Random: Stitches
PUMPKIN SPICE GNOME…
For this simple but very colorful 5″ Square Dude card, I used Ink n’ Splatter’s “Pumpkin Spice” Stamp Set and coordinating Die Set (sold separately)

and the “It’s Fall Y’All” Pattern Paper Collection

Coloring…
I stamped all my image from the “Pumpkin Spice Gnome” Stamp Set on marker paper with black hybrid ink. I colored my Gnome using Copic markers.

CARD BASE…
For my card base, I cut a piece of Brown Card Stock to an 5″ x !0″ and scored it in the middle to create a Square A Frame Card.

From there I cut a couple of pieces of pattern paper and white card stock…one slightly smaller than the other and alternated them to create panel layers.
For my top white panel, I used a super cute stitched die cut panel and then cut a smaller square using the same die cut. These panels meet the “stitches” parameter for the challenge.

A Large Flower…
I inked and watered a large flower stencil to create a super cute tag element.

A Few Extras…
Once I put all my layers together and added my little Gnome, I decorated my tag by die cutting several leaf elements from the papers I used for my layers to tie it all together. I also added a bow made of natural twine and a wooden button that I painted with a coordinating ink.

And with that…my “Dude” Card was finished.
I hope I have inspired you today to create something Fabulously Fun & Heart-Warming. Your creations will bring you, or someone else, a little bit of joy for the moment.
